About Us

Warren was born and raised on James Island, and in 2000 Warren went into business with his family in the property management company where he successfully guided the company from managing 50 properties to more than 275 throughout the Charleston tri-county area.

Warren graduated from Presbyterian College with a degree in History, after which he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He trained at Parris Island near Beaufort and in Virginia as an Intelligence Analyst. He was stationed in Okinawa, Japan in the 3rd Marine division and later served with the 12th Marine regiment. Warren was then transferred to Tampa, FL to work with CENTCOM.

Since entering the field of Real Estate, Warren has been active in professional business associations, especially promoting the high ethical standards of REALTORS®. He served as the chair of the Professional Standards Committee, which enforces the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, leads the Property Managers’ Association and served as a board member of the Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service, all connected with the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®.

Warren was also a founding member of the Charleston Chapter of NARPM which is the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He has served on the Chapter Board in multiple positions including 2 years as President. Warren is also one of less than a dozen property managers in SC to have obtained his RMP which is a designation offered by NARPM and is earned through service to the association and significant amounts of additional education.

His leadership has not been limited to business; Warren has served as PTA president of the James Island Elementary School and served on the District 3 Constituent School Board. Warren has stayed active in local politics and once served as the 2nd Vice-Chair of the Charleston County Republican Party.

Warren has also dedicated 7 years to James Island Youth Soccer club servicing as President. Under his leadership the privately run soccer club has grown by 400% and is considered one of the premier youth soccer organizations in SC. Warren also oversaw the growth of the club's 2 spotlight tournaments bringing over 375 out of town teams to Charleston each year.

Warren and his three children – Kenneth, Samuel, and Yuria – reside on James Island in the home he grew up in off Ft. Johnson Rd. Kenneth is studying engineering at Clemson University, while Samuel and Yuria have graduated from high school.

In his free time, Warren and his family take advantage of the wonderful nature around Charleston and can often be found in the water near Morris Island and Folly Beach.

Licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, Sarah is the Managing Broker of Sloane Realty, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and has earned MPM and RMP designations through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She has served on both regional and national committees through NARPM and as an ambassador for the Southeastern Region Vice President of NARPM.

Sarah has been active in property management since 2009. The daughter of an Air Force pilot, Sarah had the opportunity to travel extensively as a child, which became a passion in her adult life. She attended Florida State University and graduated after 6 years with two BAs and a Master’s degree. She spent the next phase of her life teaching middle and high school (and traveling wherever possible) until her children altered both the direction of her life and her priorities. Obtaining her Real Estate License paved the way for a smooth transition into property management, where her proclivity for organization and innovative problem solving found a natural outlet. Qualifying for her Broker’s License and continued education only increased her determination to demand excellence in all components of any business relationship, in which her energy, optimism, and communication and executive skills are vital components of her success.

Daniel was born in Veracruz Mexico, where he lived until the age of 5, when his family moved to Aguascalientes. He lived there until the age of 14, when the family moved again, this time to Montreal Canada. In Canada, he studied at the Calixa Lavallée High School, learned French and English, and learned about life in Montreal, which he loved. In 2013, while Daniel was studying philosophy at the Británica University, the family decided to return to Aguascalientes.

Daniel began his professional career in 2014 working for Comcast as a technical support representative. He later accepted a position at Softtek where he developed IT skills and worked for about 3 years in the IT industry. During his time at Softtek, he was able to travel to various European countries, including the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, and Greece. These experiences enriched his life and showed him new horizons, exposing him to new cultures and ways of living. When he is not working, he loves spending time with my family. He is a passionate amateur photographer, and he enjoys playing video games and music. He is also an enthusiastic ping pong player and he enjoys watching football and soccer.

Juan was born in Veracruz, Mexico where he lived until he was nine. At age nine, he moved to Aguascalientes city, and ten years later he relocated again, this time to Montreal, Quebec, where he lived for about 5 years, studying French. After his time in Canada, he moved back to Mexico where he studied Business Administration in the UPAV (Universidad Popular Autonoma de Veracruz). His professional career began officially when he went to work at Comcast as a Technical Support Supervisor. Before long, another opportunity came along, this time to work at Nissan as a Financial Representative.

Though his professional success was rewarding, his path forward did not clearly come into focus until he met his wife, Stephanie, in 2016. Today, Juan and Stephanie share two sons, the youngest of which was born in 2018. His favorite current pastimes are spending time with his family, traveling, and riding his bicycle, which is his favorite sport. He also enjoys watching Game of Thrones, and playing video games on his PS4. Juan joined the Sloane Realty team in the early part of 2019 and has been a great addition to the team with his ready laugh and strong work ethic.

Shannan Goodwin joined the Sloane team at the end of 2016, but worked with Warren long before that as a board member of the James Island Youth Soccer Club. Born and raised on Johns Island, she has an uncanny ability to find things in the lowcountry and is a wealth of information about the area! She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Charleston Southern University, with a major in sociology, and a minor in psychology and political science. A jack of all trades, she has worked in billing management at St Johns Water Company, as a Chiropractic office manager, has homeschooled her children, and (most recently) worked as a legal assistant until the thrill of property management called to her.

Savannah was born and raised in Charleston and loves calling it home for a number of reasons, but the views, the food and the variety of activities are some of the things she loves most about the lowcountry. She is a graduate of Ashley Ridge high school and the University of South Carolina, where she earned a BA in Education. After graduation, she taught Elementary school in Summerville for 4 years before discovering a passion for property management, obtaining a Property Management license, and changing careers.

She loves being near or on the water; beaching and boating are her favorite hobbies. Traveling is one of her passions, and her dream vacation is to Italy where she hopes to explore the history and views of the Amalfi coast, Rome, and Florence, and indulge in real Italian food (she is somewhat of a foodie). Savannah is married to her high school sweetheart and has a boxer named Tucker, who keeps her on the move with his high energy! She is the newest addition to Sloane Realty and is excited to be a part of the team!

Jennie was born in Reston, Virginia, where she lived until graduating from high school. She attended West Virginia University where she majored in Child Development and Family Studies. After earning her BS, she worked in a youth services center and also worked as a transaction administrator for one of Reston’s top producing Realtors.

This job inspired her, as she truly loved helping people find their dream homes. Jennie and her boyfriend, Tom, visited Charleston in 2014, fell in love with the city, and decided to relocate. Since then, they have gotten married, bought a house, and became puppy parents to their beloved dog, Maebie. Jennie obtained her South Carolina Real Estate license in 2016 and has found her niche in working in property management. When not at work, Jennie enjoys drawing, camping, reading, and watching reruns of The Office.

Aly was born in Rochester, New York, but moved to Charleston in 2022. After graduating high school, she developed a love for Charleston’s charm, from its community to its rich history. She first earned an Associate’s degree in graphic design before deciding to continue her education at the College of Charleston, where she is now working towards a degree in marketing. Her background in graphic design has shaped her passion for digital storytelling and creative branding.

Outside school and work, she enjoys exploring Charleston, playing pickleball with friends, and attending live events, from RiverDogs games to concerts. She loves spending time with her dog, Watson, whether taking long walks downtown or playing fetch on the beach.

As the newest Marketing Intern at Sloane Realty, she is excited to contribute her creativity and skills to enhance the company’s digital presence and branding efforts. She looks forward to learning from the team and growing in the world of real estate marketing.

Ingrid was born in Puebla, Mexico, but moved to Chicago when she was young, and lived there for 18 years. She attended the College of Dupage where she studied Early childhood Education and Care. That led to the opportunity to work with the Head Start program, where she focused on working with families of different cultures as a bilingual teacher. After Head Start, she worked at the Edge Ice Arena and at Holiday Inn as a bilingual customer service representative.

In January of 2021, Ingrid joined the Sloane team where her primary areas of responsibility are marketing and tenant applications. In her spare time, Ingrid enjoys spending time with her four children. She loves traveling and being close to nature. She recently moved back to Mexico, where her goal is to visit every state in Mexico, to be in touch with nature, learn from other cultures, and pass those passions on to her children.

Kaitlin Rios was born in Boca Raton, Florida but her family moved to South Carolina when she was five. She was raised in the upstate in Greenville South Carolina, where she graduated from JL Mann high school in the class of 2012. Kaitlin went on to work various hospitality and customer service jobs; her favorite customer service job was with Verizon. She met, and later married her husband, Steven Rios, in 2018 and they moved to Charleston as newlyweds.

Kaitlin was a full time baker when she chose to pursue a career in law, so she enrolled in Trident Technical College to become a paralegal, which led to her interest in real estate law and the many other opportunities within real estate. Kaitlin and Steven share four boys, the youngest having been born in 2021. Kaitlin is a proud Army wife who enjoys obstacle racing, swimming (she was a competitive swimmer). In her free time she loves to travel and spend time with loved ones. As the newest member of the Sloane Team, Kaitlin is excited to help build the Short Term Rental Program at Sloane Realty.
