Happy Holidays from Sloane Realty!
As things in general seem to pick up the pace from year to year, it becomes increasingly more important to set aside time to focus on the things that are truly important. At Sloane Realty, we place a great deal of importance on family and making sure that our clients, tenants, staff and vendors all have as much opportunity to enjoy holidays and vacations as possible. We work very hard, and it is certainly our hope that the work will pay off and allow us (and our clients, tenants, and vendors) to take the time to celebrate the holidays with loved ones. So, beginning this afternoon at 5:30, our office will close for the Christmas holiday and will remain closed through December 26th. We will reopen on Thursday, December 27th. Messages and email received after 5:00 December 21 will be returned when we return to work on the 27th.
If you are a tenant who has a maintenance issue, maintenance requests can be submitted online and will be assigned when we return on the 27th. We apologize for the possible delay, however we ask you to keep in mind that our vendors and their supply houses are also closed for the holiday and we cannot realistically dispatch until after Christmas. Emergency situations will of course be handled promptly.
